Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the online order within a period of 14 days of receipt of
the goods. Cancellation does not have to include any reasons and should be carried out either
in writing by letter, fax or email or by returning the goods. Before returning goods, please call
us to let us know on +49 (0)8432 - 94 87 - 0. Up to a value of Euro 40, returns will only be accepted
with the postage paid. As soon as we receive your complaint, you will get your money back.
The condition for this is that the goods have not been damaged. If the customer is responsible
for the damage or destruction of the goods, then they must reimburse the depreciation in value
or the entire value.
